Osama AlSaif Appointed Business Consultant for Taqadom KSA

Pansoft Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Osama AlSaif as Business Consultant, effective from 1 February 2022. The appointment comes at a significant point in Pansoft’s growth across the Gulf region, as the company continues to build out Taqadom, its Saudi extension, and strengthen the leadership team guiding that expansion.

Osama joins Pansoft with a strong background in corporate strategy consulting, built across the higher education, information technology, and services sectors. Over the course of his career, he has developed a reputation for helping organisations grow with intention, combining commercial strategy with a genuine understanding of how technology and services fit together in practice, rather than treating the two as separate concerns. His experience also reflects the growing demand for higher education consulting Saudi Arabia, where institutions are increasingly seeking strategic guidance to improve operational efficiency, digital transformation, and long-term growth through technology-driven solutions.

A Track Record Built Across Higher Education and Enterprise IT

Osama’s experience spans some of the more demanding corners of the consulting world. He has led product and service expansion initiatives for organisations navigating real growth, and has been instrumental in building professional consulting functions from the ground up, with a particular focus on complex, high value projects that require careful planning and long term thinking rather than quick fixes.

Before joining Pansoft, Osama held the role of Business Strategy Consultant at Accurate Systems, Ellucian, and Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. Alongside this, he has worked with a number of well regarded organisations including Taroot Charity and DMS-KSA. This mix of higher education, enterprise IT, and mission driven organisations has given him a broad and practical view of how institutions operate, what slows them down, and where the real opportunities for improvement tend to sit.

It is this blend of sector knowledge and hands on strategy experience that makes his appointment such a natural fit for Taqadom’s continued growth in the Kingdom.
